How pricing works at AdventureSafe.

We design each engagement so it's big enough to be meaningful and small enough to be realistic for your calendar and budget. Most work is structured as a fixed-fee engagement, with travel and out-of-pocket costs billed at actuals where applicable.

  • Number of programs, locations, and seasons in scope.
  • Risk profile of your activities (e.g., remoteness, water, altitude, technical terrain).
  • Number and level of stakeholders to involve (field staff, executives, boards, insurers).

Portfolio support for insurers or large operators

Multi-site Summit Index™ assessments combined with select First 24™ sprints and post-incident debrief support across a portfolio, typically structured as an annual or multi-season agreement.
